A website was needed for a large property developer that would help users quickly understand the project range and find the right apartment.
The priority was shortening the path from first impression to enquiry, with an interface that works well on any device.
What Was Built
The site's structure was designed around the core user journey: choosing an apartment.
Navigation was simplified, the presentation of each residential development was reworked, and the architecture guides users naturally from project discovery to viewing specific listings.
A full catalogue was built with filters and quick property search by parameters. Individual residential complex pages were given particular attention: key details about infrastructure, project advantages, and available floor plans are all presented in one place.

Involve is a modern sans-serif font family designed by the Bulgarian designer Stefan Peev.
It was created on the basis of the Evolventa project, which in turn is a Cyrillic extension of the URW Gothic L typeface.
The interface was built so that users can submit an enquiry at any point without friction.
Contact forms and conversion touchpoints are integrated naturally into the user flow, gradually moving visitors toward getting in touch.
